I made HASH BROWNS!!!
My first try, and if I might add...the were the best I have ever had.
BOOOOOOOYAH!
Shredded potato, pressed dry and rolled into a cute ball:D

Mixed with red pepper, onion, salt, pepper and one egg.

Oh that oil feels so gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.

The end result...potato heaven.
